Hey everyone! I'm dealing with a super frustrating problem with my PC that's driving me up the wall. My keyboard seems to be misbehaving despite it being a new one. While I'm typing, it randomly outputs letters, numbers, and strange characters that make no sense. Initially, I thought it was just the multimedia keys causing trouble, like not being able to open my media player or take screenshots. I did some searching and found a suggestion to disable the Human Interface Service, which fixed the multimedia key issues, but the keyboard problem continues. Now, I only see random characters or can only manage the RGB lighting, and it's even taking screenshots on its own! I have tested this keyboard on another PC and it worked perfectly fine. I've also reinstalled Windows and tried using Safe Mode without any luck. I've checked and cleaned all the USB ports but nothing seems to work. I'm at my wit's end and suspect it might be a BIOS issue, but I'm not too knowledgeable about that. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried using a different keyboard with your PC? If so, did you experience the same issues?
You might want to reinstall the keyboard driver. Also, if it’s a wired keyboard, please try plugging it into different USB ports to rule out a faulty port.

Yes, I actually bought a new keyboard thinking the old one was broken. Oddly enough, when I plug in a Spanish keyboard, the problem goes away. But I’ve also tried changing the layout and couldn't get it to work with the other keyboards.
