I've been seeing a strange window labeled 'kivan_1367' when I alt-tab, and it only shows up during this action. I can't seem to interact with it, and it appears to be using Notepad and replaying a YouTube video continuously. I ran scans with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender, but neither found anything. I'm worried that I might have gotten this after downloading a game trainer from a sketchy site. Could this be malware? Would a hard reset of my system fix this issue?

It definitely sounds suspicious! If it's not showing up on your scans, it could be a stubborn piece of malware. Have you considered trying different malware removal tools? Sometimes, one program can miss things that others catch. A hard reset might help too, but make sure to backup your data first.
I had a similar issue before, and it turned out to be a sneaky adware. I used Malwarebytes and then went for a full system reset to clear everything out completely. If you can, try to figure out what else might have come with that zip file. Always better to be safe than sorry!
