I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 2080 to a 5070 TI and also swapped my PSU from 750W to 850W, but I'm facing some strange performance issues. My FPS in Battlefield 4 dropped to 40 on ultra settings, while I was getting over 144 FPS before the upgrade. Similarly, in Dragonwilds, I'm now only getting 14 FPS instead of around 60. I think I set everything up correctly, but something doesn't feel right. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Here's a link to my specs and some GPU stats at idle and during gameplay for reference.

Also, I’d recommend checking if your monitor is connected to your GPU instead of the motherboard. It might sound basic, but it's an easy mistake to make. And what about the cables? Did you use the same ones from your old PSU?
An MSI Afterburner stat check during gameplay could also help diagnose what's going on. Are you seeing high GPU usage? That might indicate your CPU could be bottlenecking. Plus, what resolution are you playing at?
Have you tried completely uninstalling your graphics drivers using DDU and then reinstalling them? That's usually a good first step when facing these kinds of issues.
If you’re running at 1440p with a 9900k, it shouldn’t bottleneck your GPU too much, but I’d still recommend checking your utilization stats. If it’s hitting 90%+, your setup is likely fine. Have you tried using a more detailed monitoring tool like HWInfo instead of whatever free version you might have?
