Hey everyone! I'm looking to expand my storage for gaming since my internet speed isn't that great. I currently have a Samsung 990 Pro 2TB and an MSI B650 Tomahawk Wifi motherboard. I want to find a 4TB SSD that won't break the bank, and I'm not considering Gen 5 options or another 990 Pro. Any recommendations?

Consider options like TeamGroup MP44/G50, Lexar NM790, Klevv CRAS C910, Transcend MTE250S, or even the WD_Black SN7100. Just get whichever is available at the best price!
I recently picked up a 4TB Silicon Power UD90 as a secondary drive. It was affordable and had decent reviews. It's working well for gaming; as long as it's an NVMe drive, performance differences are minimal. I suggest checking out PCPartPicker, sorting by price for 4TB options, and avoiding the absolute cheapest as those are typically unbranded. Look for good enough reviews on the slightly more expensive ones.
If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, I’d recommend the Western Digital WD_BLACK series. They’re nearly as fast as Samsung drives and offer good performance for gaming without breaking the bank.
