Currently, I'm using Action1 but considering switching to solutions like NinjaOne. Ideally, I'm looking for software that is user-friendly at a cloud level, manageable remotely, and doesn't consume too many system resources. It's important that the software allows for remote uninstallation and can provide users with a URL for download. Since I plan to use Action1 for deployment if clients already have my agent installed, the price also has to be reasonable because my clients are mostly small businesses or individuals who can't afford expensive services.
