What Are My Options for Microsoft Integrations with Claude?

Hey everyone! I'm working on AI policy for my non-profit and there's a strong push for Microsoft Office integration. I just found out that OpenAI has launched Microsoft integrations, which puts ChatGPT ahead of Co-Pilot. Personally, I prefer Claude, so I'm curious if there are any workarounds to get Microsoft Office capabilities like PowerPoint and Excel with Claude. I know Claude has some coding integrations, but not many of us write code. Are there any APIs or options I might be missing? Thanks a lot!

From what I've heard, CoPilot is built on ChatGPT 4, so it’s leveraging GPT primarily, even if it uses other models for simpler tasks. If your non-profit has a Microsoft partnership, CoPilot's features are included in your M365 license, which could be a disadvantage if they’re not looking to pay extra for anything else. Claude could be beneficial, but it’s worth noting that you’ll likely end up paying for CoPilot as part of your existing subscription.

Thanks for the insight! CoPilot has been a hassle for us, and I feel like it doesn’t manage tasks like making PowerPoints very well, maybe it’s throttled somehow. I’ll check out your points more closely.
