GitHub CoPilot is fantastic for script writing, and it's only $10 a month! It integrates perfectly with Visual Studio Code and does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. Totally worth it!

I've had a great experience with Claude 3.5. You can use prompts effectively, plus Gemini 2.5 Pro is awesome for spotting bugs and issues in scripts. I'm always utilizing several small tools to help polish my scripts.

I highly recommend checking out Augment. I use it daily, and it boosts my productivity immensely, probably around 2000%!

If you're looking to generate scripts, nothing beats having a solid prompt. That said, if you want a workflow automation, consider looking into some agent frameworks, but you'll still need to outline the flow yourself.
