What are some good alternatives to Postman and Httpie for REST clients?

I'm on the lookout for a reliable REST client. I recently transitioned from Postman to Httpie, but it doesn't quite cut it for me. Simple requests seem to have too many steps, and I'm unable to view binary data directly in the client, which is crucial since I work with satellite images. Can anyone suggest a solid alternative to Postman and Httpie? Paid options are totally fine!

Yeah, I use Insomnia too! It's pretty feature-packed if you need more advanced stuff like environments, variables, and custom scripts. But if you want something lightweight with less complexity, Yaak could be worth a look.

You should definitely check out Insomnia! It's a smooth REST client with a really great user interface. It makes sending requests super easy and has excellent support for binary data, which sounds like it would be perfect for your satellite images.

cURL is a solid choice as well if you’re comfortable with command line tools. It’s quite powerful for handling REST requests, but it might take some getting used to if you prefer a graphical interface.

Have you tried Bruno? It's local-only and integrates well with Git. Plus, you won’t have to deal with all that cloud account nonsense!
