I'm currently using Site 24x7 for monitoring, but I'm curious if there are better or comparable options out there that others have tried. I'm looking for feedback and recommendations based on your experiences.

Honestly, for the price, there aren't many cloud-hosted monitoring solutions that beat Site 24x7. If you're looking for something better, Logic Monitor is a great option, but it can be a lot more expensive. If you're open to self-hosting, there are free or paid options like Zabbix, checkmk, OpManager, and PRTG. Just a heads-up, have you thought about why you want to switch? The UI can be a drag, the pricing structure is confusing, and the mobile app is definitely not the best.
And don’t forget, managing Site24x7 with Terraform helps bypass the whole awful GUI situation.
Pretty much agree with you on Site 24x7's pricing! For all its features, it really is the best value out there. I'm actually thinking about setting up a Zabbix VPS just to escape that annoying UI. If they could get rid of those pop-up banners every time you make changes, it would make a world of difference. OpManager has the same headache, ugh.
Could you clarify what you mean by "Site 24x7"? I'm not quite sure what it is yet.
Oh, it's a network monitoring service – just trying to find better options!
Yeah, that licensing terminology can be really confusing! We also totally got led astray by Datadog and Solarwinds, thinking they’d be a better choice, but they ended up costing us way more.
