What are some good GPU upgrade options from a 2060 Super without breaking the bank?

I'm currently running a Ryzen 5 5600X with a 2060 Super, but I'm starting to feel the GPU's limitations in some games. While I know that the RTX 5080 would be a solid upgrade, it's a bit out of my budget. I've noticed that the Radeon 7000 series prices are increasing, and the new 9000 series isn't available yet (I live in Sweden). I'm looking for realistic recommendations that won't empty my wallet. Thanks for any help!

The 7700 XT and 7800 XT are decent options in Sweden right now, even though prices have gone up a bit. Still, they're a good value compared to what else is out there!

If you're checking out prices in Sweden, I'd recommend one of these: ARC B580 12GB for about kr4,100, 7600 XT 12GB for kr3,860, or 7700 XT for kr4,754. Just make sure whatever you buy has at least 12GB of VRAM to avoid needing another upgrade soon.

I just wanted to add, I watched some benchmarks and removed the 3060 from my list. It really doesn’t hold up against the others!

You might want to look at the RTX 4060 or 4070, as going one generation back tends to offer the best value right now. They should perform well without a huge investment.

I made the jump from a 2060 Super to a 7800 XT a while back and it's been fantastic! Definitely worth considering if you can find one at a good price.
