What are some good options for my budget PC build?

I'm looking to buy a new PC with a budget of €700 and here's what I have in mind for the components:
- AMD Ryzen 5 5600
- Be quiet! System power 9cm 600W
- Thermalright FN 360 ARGB white
- Montech XR White case
- Gigabyte A520M K V2 motherboard
- Crucial P3 500GB SSD
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB RAM
- AMD Radeon RX 6700XT (I found it for €270 on eBay)

I'm pretty new to building PCs, so I'm concerned about a few things. Specifically, is there any issue with using a PCIe 3.0 motherboard with a PCIe 4.0 GPU? I'm sure I might make some mistakes along the way, and I'd appreciate any advice or tips!

No worries about pairing a PCIe 3.0 motherboard with a PCIe 4.0 GPU; it should work just fine! However, keep in mind that the A-series motherboard you picked (Gigabyte A520M K V2) might limit some features. If your budget allows, consider upgrading to a B550 motherboard for better performance overall.

I hear you on the A-series limitations! If you're stretching your budget for a B550, it might be worth it. You could also save a bit by going for a regular CPU cooler instead of an AIO to help make up the cost.
