I'm looking to transition away from ConnectWise and am curious to hear about what other remote access solutions people are using. It's important that the platform works well on both Mac and Linux, plus I'd prefer it to offer unlimited unattended access. Can anyone recommend a reliable and budget-friendly option? I'd really appreciate your suggestions!

Another option is SplashTop, which is pretty popular for remote access. Plus, DWService also offers remote access and looks interesting!
Apache Guacamole is a solid alternative! It supports RDP, VNC, and SSH, but you’ll have to set up your own instance. If you’re interested, our OpsBay service offers a free instance you can try out.
I'm actually curious about your reasons for leaving ConnectWise. I’m satisfied with it; the cloud management makes updates smooth. I know they have some issues, but I’m starting to wonder if I'm missing something. What’s got you looking to switch?
If you're willing to spend a bit more, Bomgar (now BeyondTrust) is top-notch in terms of performance, but keep in mind it comes with a hefty price tag.
You might want to check out RustDesk. I’ve used it alongside ScreenConnect and TeamViewer, and in some cases, RustDesk performs just as well, if not better!
They had a major issue with their on-prem instances recently, making it unusable for some. That’s enough to push anyone to consider alternatives!
