I'm looking for a solid keyboard that checks a few boxes. I need a 100% layout and it has to be wired. I would prefer one without RGB features as well. Any suggestions would be awesome—thanks in advance!

Check out the ASUS ROG Strix Scope II! It's got some really nice pre-lubed mechanical switches and usually hovers around the $100 mark. It does have RGB, but you can easily turn that off with a few buttons on the keyboard without needing any software. I've been using mine for about six months and absolutely love it!
Just to clarify, by 100% do you mean you want a full-sized keyboard with a numpad? Also, I found this one you might like: the EPOMAKER Galaxy100. It's available here: https://www.amazon.com/EPOMAKER-Galaxy100-Bluetooth-Pre-Lubed-Hot-Swappable/dp/B0DKNKX46Q/
Once you go for a hotswappable keyboard, it becomes all about your personal preference! I'd recommend the Keychron C2 Pro: https://www.amazon.com/Keychron-Mechanical-Hot-Swappable-Non-Shine-Compatible/dp/B0F2FD2BNV. Keychron keyboards usually have great community support, and they work with QMK/VIA, which allows for rebinding keys and making macros. If you're into FPS games, remember that any budget keyboard should work, but cheaper options might lack some of that support.

Yeah, I definitely mean 100%. I prefer the bulkier layout of full keyboards over 96%.
