I'm trying to get more storage on my iPhone 12, but I've already cleared the cache and cleaned out my camera roll. I currently have just 276 photos and 1 video saved. I back everything up using Google Photos and have a total of fourteen apps installed. I'm wondering what else I can do to free up some space.

It seems like you've already done a lot to free up space! You might want to check if there are any large apps you can remove or delete any unnecessary files like downloads or messages with big attachments. Also, consider clearing out old messages, especially ones with media. If you're using iCloud, you could also think about optimizing storage for your photos.
To really maximize your storage, try enabling the 'Optimize iPhone Storage' option in your Photos settings if you're using iCloud. This helps save space by keeping only smaller versions of your photos on your device while saving the full-resolution ones in iCloud.
