What are the best AI video editing tools for YouTube beginners?

I'm launching a faceless YouTube channel and need an AI video editing tool that can help me automate and simplify the video creation process. Since I don't have any prior video editing experience, I'm looking for something user-friendly where I can just drop in a script and get decent visuals, possibly with stock footage or voiceovers included. I'm aiming for 5 to 7-minute videos (not Shorts), so it would be great if the tool is effective for that video length. Any recommendations for tools you've tried and liked? Also, are there any that are overrated and I should steer clear of?

While it’s tempting to look for shortcuts, remember that building a successful channel takes effort. That said, for user-friendly AI tools, check out Pictory, Descript, Runway, and InVideo. They all offer great features for beginners and can help speed up your workflow!

If you're serious about getting into video editing, I recommend learning the basics yourself instead of relying solely on automated tools. It might seem daunting, but you can pick up the essentials in just a day. Plus, that knowledge will serve you well in the long run!

For a straightforward tool, you might want to try FlareCut Studio — I found it quite effective for quick edits. CapCut and Canva are also pretty solid for making videos, especially if you’re working on those Shorts. Just found they work well for longer content too!

I've used CapCut for regular videos, and while it’s known for Shorts, it has features that can definitely help with longer formats too. Worth checking out!
