Hey everyone! We're looking to switch from our current ticketing system, Kace, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on some good replacements. Ideally, the new system should include email auto ticket generation and be straightforward to implement—nothing too complicated on the hardware side. Thanks for any suggestions!

If you're considering alternatives, I recommend Invgate. It's straightforward to set up and easy to use. We’ve had a good experience with their Service and Asset Management suites. Here's their website: [Invgate](https://invgate.com/)
We use Invgate too, and it works perfectly fine.
If you want something simple and free, try Spiceworks. It's good for basic ticketing and caters well for smaller teams. Just keep in mind it’s not as feature-rich as some paid options.
Sounds good! I’ll consider it.
I use Zoho Desk, and I could set it up in under an hour. It's been my favorite out of many I’ve tried! Feel free to ask if you want to know more about it.
Big +1 for Zoho Desk! Switched from Autotask and it's been great.
For a broader list, you might look into options like Zendesk, FreshService, or Jira. They all provide good email ticket generation and can cater to different budgets. Each has its own strengths depending on what additional features you might need, which could help you decide.
I’ve used Zendesk and it’s reliable! Great automation features.
How about Ninja? We use them for RMM but haven't explored their HelpDesk capabilities.
We've been using Jitbit for about seven years, and I’d say it's solid. It's easy to use, affordable, and definitely supports email ticket creation. If someone emails directly, I can just forward it, and it recognizes them as the ticket requester. Check it out! [Jitbit](https://www.jitbit.com/)
Thanks for the insight, I'll take a look!
Another fan of Jitbit here! The name might be silly, but the product is great.
Thanks! I’ll definitely check it out.
