Hello everyone! I'm dealing with some pain in my hand and wrist, and while I usually game with a keyboard and mouse, I have a more ergonomic setup that helps, like a big mouse. I'm considering switching to a controller and I'm curious if there are any that are particularly ergonomic or better for hand health, especially during long gaming sessions. I'm also open to non-traditional controllers as well. Any recommendations for someone with larger hands? Thanks in advance!

Most modern game controllers have ergonomic designs, so if you focus on keeping a good posture and relaxed wrists, you should be fine. There are two primary shapes you’ll find: PS-style and Xbox-style. It might be a good idea to try both out to see which feels more comfortable for your grip.

Thanks for the help!
