What are the best gaming GPUs around $500 right now?

I'm on a mission to upgrade my gaming rig and need some advice on GPUs that won't break the bank. I recently got a Ryzen 7 9800x3d, along with a new motherboard and DDR5 RAM, but my old 1080 Titan Founders is really showing its age and overheating. I initially thought about the 4070ti, but I'm not sure about the pricing. The 4060s are similarly priced with some variation, and the 9070 looked promising, but I'm struggling to find it at a good price point. What would you recommend for a budget around $500?

Since you might have a Micro Center nearby, check their stock if you get the chance. Just to clarify, what's your primary gaming resolution? Are you playing 1080p or 1440p?

Making that long trip to Micro Center can be a hassle, especially if they don't have what you need! It sounds like for your gaming style, sticking with 1080p is wise, especially since you don't stream or play demanding games. Just keep an eye on the budget range you're aiming for!
