I'm currently putting together my first PC build and have a half-inherited setup. I just need to buy a CPU and GPU. I'm looking for recommendations on a GPU that can future-proof my system with 16GB of RAM. My budget for the GPU is between $300 and $500, and I'm located in the US. I have a mini ITX case (NZXT h200i) and my motherboard is a Gigabyte X570i mini ITX AM4. What GPUs would you suggest?

If you're considering a solid GPU for your money, the RX 9060 XT 16GB is probably the best you can get. Just be cautious if you're diving into the used market; sometimes good deals pop up there too!
The RX 9060 XT with 16GB is a great pick if you want solid performance within your budget right now. The 5060 Ti is also hovering around MSRP and could be worth a look too. It's all about what you're planning to use it for!
But have you thought about the RX 7800? It can deliver more frames at 1440p and is similarly priced.
For 1080p gaming, I'd recommend the RX 9060 XT 16GB. If you're after high refresh rates, the 5070 is solid; for 1440p, the 9070 or 5070 Ti are good. Just keep in mind that the amount of VRAM could impact future-proofing!
Are you saying the 9060 XT isn't optimal for 1440p?
9060 XT is definitely capable for 1440p gaming, not sure why that wasn't mentioned!
"Not too expensive" can mean different things to different folks! Can you clarify your country? For games, what's your target resolution and frame rates? This'll really help in narrowing down options!
I'm pairing it with a Ryzen 5 5600G, just looking for something in the $300-$500 range.
Don't overlook the Arc B580; it's surprisingly good if you can snag it at or near MSRP. You could get a free game like Battlefield 6 with it, which is a nice bonus!
That's what I'm aiming for too! If it stays close to MSRP, it sounds worth it.
Good suggestion!
