I'm looking for a user-friendly Linux distro that uses the KDE desktop environment and has most features working right out of the box. Can anyone recommend a good option?

Check out Fedora with KDE Plasma. I had some issues with language input on it, but it might be worth a try if you don’t encounter those problems.
Kubuntu is a solid choice. It's really easy to use and has the Discover app store, which makes installing new software a breeze. Just overall worked great for me!
Yeah, I'm also a beginner and I've been using Kubuntu too. It's been fantastic!
For the easiest experience, definitely consider Kubuntu. It’s just straightforward and doesn’t require much setup.
I've been using EndeavourOS with KDE Plasma, and honestly, it's pretty intuitive. I think you'd like it!
Absolutely! I love it as well.
MX Linux just dropped version 25, and it’s worth a look! I also use Ubuntu Pro with the KDE desktop, which lets me play around with various features.

I tried it out too, and despite following tutorials, I couldn’t get my input language to work either. It was pretty frustrating.
