I'm currently using a USB WiFi dongle with a rtl8851bu driver on Windows 11, but it's giving me trouble on Linux. I'm planning to switch to EndeavourOS and need suggestions for USB WiFi dongles that work out of the box without any hassle. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Check out the list of supported USB WiFi adapters on GitHub. It has plenty of options for Linux in-kernel drivers, so you might find something that works well with EndeavourOS!

Can you share the link to that list? I'm hunting for a good dongle too!

Just a heads up, USB WiFi dongles are used primarily when the motherboard doesn't have built-in WiFi or Bluetooth, relying instead on Ethernet. They're super handy for adding wireless connectivity to your setup!

ASUS makes some solid USB WiFi dongles that have great compatibility with Linux. Just make sure to check which specific model you're looking at, as some might differ in performance.
