I recently implemented Dell Command Update (DCU) in some new system images, currently installing it on about 5% of our devices. It's set to update monthly through configurations we established in Intune. I'm curious to hear how it's worked out for others! Any horror stories or useful configuration tips?

I've generally found DCU to be one of the few Dell tools worth keeping around. It helps with firmware installations through the command line, which is useful for remote management. The only real issue is that sometimes it can slow down systems, particularly with the latest version. Overall, it runs well for me.
Same here! The recent update has been really slow and causes lag on our machines.

Wait, you trust SupportAssist? I ditched it after hearing too many horror stories about it being misused for unauthorized access.
