I'm trying to set up my non-Bluetooth desktop PC to work with an Xbox controller and a wireless mouse. Can anyone recommend what kind of Bluetooth device or adapter I should buy to make this happen?

If you're using a newer Xbox controller, I suggest getting the official Microsoft dongle made for it. I've had mine for over a year, and it works perfectly—no issues at all. Just keep an eye out; it might be a bit tricky to find sometimes. For a general Bluetooth dongle, brands like TP-Link are good options. Look for one with better reviews!
