I attempted to reset my 1TB hard drive by using the CLEAN ALL command in diskpart, but I accidentally interrupted the process by cutting off the power. After this, the hard drive didn't fully clear, and now it's not being recognized when I connect it using a SATA-to-USB adapter. When I try to use it as an internal drive, diskpart shows it as UNAVAILABLE. What steps can I take to get it back to a usable state?

Given that it's a spinning disk, it might have some underlying faults that were exposed during the format. If it's trying to build a new master boot record (MBR) and failing, it might be hard to recover. But don’t lose hope just yet!
Cutting the power during the process could have caused irreparable damage. It’s possible the drive can’t be recovered now, but it's worth checking.
Have you tried looking in "disk management" on Windows? It might show up there without a drive letter, which could be a quick fix to see if it’s at least recognized.

Is there any way to salvage it? I don’t care about the data. I just want to get it working again. I ran a CLEAN command, and it said it was complete.
