I'm thinking about upgrading my CPU to get better performance. I've got an RTX 4060 GPU, and I'm curious about what CPU would pair well with it. Would love some recommendations!

Are you starting fresh or upgrading your current setup? If you have a Ryzen 3600, a 5800XT would work great. But if you’re changing your motherboard too, I'd suggest getting a budget AM5 motherboard along with either a Ryzen 7600 or 7500F. Those entry-level AM5 CPUs should handle your 4060 just fine!
I have an i7-9700 right now, so I think I'll need a new motherboard too. I'm looking to get into 1440p gaming, but I’m worried my 4060 might struggle.
