I'm putting together a build with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and I'd love some feedback on it! Here's the setup:
- Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212
- Motherboard: ASUS TUF B650E
- RAM: Patriot Viper Elite DDR5 (currently 16GB, planning to add another stick later)
- Storage: Samsung 990 Pro 1TB
- GPU: Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 9060 XT
- Case: MSI Mag Pano 110R
- PSU: ASROCK SL-750G
I'm aiming to upgrade the GPU in a year or two and might just get a pair of RAM sticks now instead of just one.
Are there any issues I should be aware of with this build?

Your build seems solid overall, and most PCs are pretty reliable, so you shouldn’t run into major issues unless there’s an odd use case. With that CPU being high-tier, adding more RAM or a new GPU down the line should keep it performing well—should be enough power for almost anything right now, depending on what you need it for!
The Cooler Master Hyper 212 might not be enough for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D. Consider getting a Thermalright Peerless Assassin or a 360mm all-in-one cooler if your case can fit it—I've seen those Thermalright AIOs for around $50, and they perform great!
Honestly, pairing the 9800X3D with the 9060XT seems a bit mismatched to me. You might want to rethink that combo. Maybe consider a better GPU that complements your build for the same price?
Just for gaming like Counter-Strike, would this setup still work?
What do you plan to use this PC for? Your CPU and SSD are top-notch, but it looks like you skimped on other parts. Can your budget really handle the 9800X3D?
Also, you have a case suited for an AIO cooler but you're opting for an air cooler which might not work as well. Plus, is your RX 9060 XT the 8GB or 16GB version?

What would you recommend as a better GPU for a similar budget?
