What do you think of my PC build?

I'm looking for feedback on my PC build, especially if there's anything I can improve. My main goal is to get the best performance per dollar while ensuring it lasts a long time. Here's what I've chosen:

- GPU: ASUS Radeon RX 9070 PRIME OC 16 GB

- Motherboard: AM5 B650 or B650E (compatible, exact model not finalized)
- RAM: 32 GB DDR5 (2x16 GB, 6000 MHz CL30 or similar)
- SSD: 1 TB NVMe Gen 4 (like WD Black SN850X or Samsung 980 Pro)
- Case: NZXT H5 Flow
- PSU: Corsair RM650e 650W (80+ Gold, fully modular)
- OS: Windows 11
