I'd recommend going for the Ryzen 7 7800X3D instead of the 9800X3D unless you are really after high-end performance. Also, if you can snag a 5070 Ti at MSRP, it’ll outperform the regular 5070 by about 30%, pushing your gaming experience further!
I do like the idea of the 5070 Ti, but I’ve seen several brands listed on PCPartPicker. Do you have a favorite brand for that card?
Honestly, the 9070 XT seems like a great value for this build too!
