What Form Builder Do You Recommend for Websites?

I'm on the lookout for a solid form builder that can help me manage messages from forms on my websites effectively. Currently, I'm leaning towards Tally.so because it offers a good set of features at a reasonable price. I really prefer tools without branding, as I offer web development services, and I think having another brand on my forms could deter potential clients. I've also looked at Getform.io, but their pricing is quite steep just for removing the branding.

I've tried a variety of other options like Formspree, Fillout.com, Web3Forms, and Formcast.io, but I feel like I'm experiencing analysis paralysis. I even came across MangoApp, which has a one-time payment option, but I worry about their longevity as a business.

As a web developer, I'd love to know what form builders you use on your sites, especially if you own a web dev company or work freelance. I've also experimented with CRMs, but they're usually too feature-heavy and not worth the expense for me right now.

Here's a quick list of what I'm looking for in a form builder:
1. No branding
2. Email autoresponders
3. Notifications for new submissions
4. Customizable workflows
5. Conditional forms and validations
6. Spam protection
7. Integration options
8. Maximum endpoints for minimal cost
9. Custom design options
10. High monthly submission limits
11. File upload capabilities
12. Support for custom email domains
13. Analytics for form visits
14. Custom redirects
15. Custom rules
16. Google Analytics tracking
17. Embedding abilities that don't slow down my site
18. API access

I've been testing several SaaS options, but now I'm also wondering if I should just try building my own solution from scratch. Has anyone here gone down that DIY route?

I recommend using react-hook-form if you're working in a React environment. It’s not a full builder, but it's super handy for managing forms efficiently, and it lets you handle submissions with ease. Just keep in mind your tech stack!

Have you tried UVdesk's form builder? It's great for managing ticket requests and has automated workflows. You can check it out at their website!

If you're comfortable coding, building your own form might be an option! You can customize it exactly how you want, but keep in mind that email domain warmup can be challenging. I have some forms I've created, but email delivery can be spotty and end up in spam sometimes.
