What form designer options do you recommend?

I'm on the hunt for a form designer that enables our users to effortlessly create service agreement templates. The goal is for home owners—who are our customers' clients—to be able to read the agreement, check boxes, initial certain sections, and sign it. Ideally, this designer should be white-labeled to fit our branding and integrate smoothly into our website. I've checked out JotForms, which seems like a close match, but I'm curious if anyone has experience with other alternatives?

You know, there are a ton of options out there. As a full stack dev, I usually build forms myself—it's pretty straightforward! But if you're set on a designer, I'd say JotForm is a solid choice. However, if you have some programming skills, you could delve into crafting something unique that fits your needs perfectly!

I totally get it—form services can drain your budget! If you're a web developer, building your own forms is often the way to go. If advanced features like booking or payments aren't necessary, I'd suggest DIY. But if you want simplicity, JotForm, Typeform, Formstack, or Cognito Forms can offer some nice white-label and e-signature features.

JotForm is great, but also consider Typeform or Formstack! They support white-labeling and e-signatures too, which might be what you need. If you're looking for more customization, DocuSign or HelloSign (now Dropbox Sign) have some nice solutions that blend into your website seamlessly.
