I'm 16 and still learning about PC hardware, so I'm having trouble balancing price and performance for my first gaming PC. I'd like to play demanding games such as Black Myth: Wukong at decent settings, but my total budget is around 5,000 HKD, or roughly 630 USD. Should I wait and save more, look for used parts, or is there a realistic build I can make within this budget?

Black Myth: Wukong is especially demanding, so a 5,000 HKD build may struggle to deliver the kind of performance you want. You could check reputable used markets or prebuilt deals in Hong Kong, and possibly compare prices in nearby Shenzhen, but inspect used hardware carefully and make sure the power supply and graphics card are reliable.
Used parts are your main option at this budget. Something built around a Ryzen 5 5600X or Core i5-10400F, 16GB of RAM, and a used RX 6700 XT could make a decent 1080p machine. You may need to accept older parts and lower settings, especially for demanding games.
If the 630 USD is only for the GPU, then cards around the RX 9070 or a comparable Nvidia model could offer a good experience. But if that is your complete PC budget, those cards are far too expensive on their own. For a new system, saving toward roughly 1,000–1,200 USD would give you considerably more breathing room.
If 5,000 HKD is for the entire PC, a new mid-to-high-end system isn’t realistic right now. A graphics card capable of strong 1440p performance could use most of the budget by itself, leaving too little for the processor, motherboard, RAM, storage, case, and power supply. Saving longer is probably the best move.
