I'm building my first PC and I'm really excited! I plan to use it for 1080p gaming on high or ultra settings for the next 5 to 6 years. I'm also a computer science student, so it will be used for coding, programming, and some occasional AI and machine learning tasks. I've budgeted around ¥40,000 (about $480 USD) specifically for the graphics card, and I'm looking forward to buying the parts in October during seasonal sales. I need a GPU that offers good performance at 1080p, has enough VRAM for gaming and AI tasks, and provides CUDA support, but I'm not planning on overclocking. Here's my current build (everything except the GPU is already decided): a Ryzen 5 7600 CPU, MSI B650M Gaming WiFi motherboard, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, 650W PSU, and a mid-tower case without RGB. Suggestions on the best GPU under ¥40,000 that fits my needs would be greatly appreciated!

I've heard that the 5060 Ti would be a solid choice for your needs. It should handle 1080p gaming quite well and can support some AI workloads too. Just keep in mind, some reviews are mixed, so it might be worth checking out additional benchmarks to see if it fits your workload.
I totally get your concern about the mixed reviews on the 5060 Ti. If you're looking for stable performance, make sure to check out the benchmarks, especially regarding DLSS performance.
