I'm putting together a second PC using some of my old parts, and I'm not sure which GPU to go with. My budget is between $200 and $300. Here's my part list: pcpartpicker.com/list/YQ2Wkf. Any recommendations?

You might also want to check out the AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT. It’s a solid option but keep in mind that it doesn’t handle ray tracing as well as Nvidia cards if you care about that.

If you're focusing on budget and performance, the RX 6600 could also fit your needs without breaking the bank.

A GeForce RTX 3060 Ti would be a great choice for your build! Just keep in mind that the Ti version has 8GB of VRAM, while the non-Ti version comes with 12GB if that interests you too.
