I'm building my first PC and I'm unsure if I've connected all the cables correctly. If I attempt to boot it up with some cables plugged into the wrong ports, could that cause any serious issues? I've looked over the motherboard manual, but I'm still not completely confident that everything is set up right. Any guidance on confirming my connections would be really helpful!

Most connectors are designed to only fit in specific ports, so unless you're forcing something in, you should be fine. Just double-check the shapes of the connectors against the ports.
