I'm looking for suggestions on IT ticketing systems that integrate well with NinjaOne as an RMM tool. Any experiences or recommendations?

We recently transitioned from HaloITSM to NinjaOne. We made some adjustments to the ticket notifications, but overall, it covers the essentials. Users can submit tickets by emailing our support address, which has been pretty effective.
I've been using ConnectWise and it works well. It has a lot of features, and the integration with NinjaOne is smooth.
I’m currently on ConnectWise but I'm thinking about switching to Halo. The UI is way better, and performance has improved a lot. It’s definitely worth checking out—try demos for both!
