I'm planning to switch from Windows 11 to Linux on my desktop, which has an AMD GPU. I do a lot of gaming—mostly single-player with some casual online like Final Fantasy XIV or World of Warcraft—while also relying heavily on web applications like WhatsApp, Shopify, Google Docs, and Office Online. Since I'm new to Linux and prefer not to fiddle with settings, I'm looking for some straightforward recommendations. I've heard about distros like Mint, Bazzite, or Cachyos, but I'd love some advice before I make a decision. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I’d personally steer clear of Debian and its derived distros for desktop use; they tend to lag behind on the latest updates.
