What Parts Can I Safely Buy from AliExpress for My PC Build?

I'm working on a new PC build, and I recently saw someone mention that they bought their CPU from AliExpress at a significant discount compared to local retailers. The seller had a high rating and many sales, which got me thinking about what other parts might be safe to order from there. I've done some price checking but haven't found similar deals on the other components I need. Can anyone share their experiences or suggestions on what parts I can confidently buy from AliExpress without worrying about quality or authenticity?

It doesn’t make much sense to save a small amount on a CPU when you're already spending a lot on fans and other parts. You might want to rethink your budget allocation instead of risking it with an unknown seller.

In my experience, CPUs are generally safe bets from AliExpress. I’ve ordered a lot of my components there, including CPUs, motherboards, and cases, without issues. However, be cautious with storage drives; some sellers can ship counterfeit products, especially from big brands like Samsung.

Honestly, if the price difference is only a little bit, I'd skip it. Dealing with returns from AliExpress can be a headache if something goes wrong. It’s better to spend a bit more locally for peace of mind.

Just a heads up, you mentioned you're actually paying a whole lot for fans. If you're set on cutting costs, maybe consider local alternatives instead of taking the risk with a random AliExpress seller.
