For an RTX 3070, a quality 650W PSU is enough, but 750W gives you more headroom and makes future upgrades easier. Look for a reputable Gold-rated model such as the Corsair RM750e or Seasonic Focus series. The exact model matters more than the logo, so avoid very cheap units from unknown brands.
The Ryzen 7 5700X is faster than the 5600X, but the gaming difference usually isn’t huge, especially if you move to a higher resolution. At 1080p, an X3D chip would be the better gaming choice if you can find one without blowing the budget. The 5700X3D is generally the sweet spot; the 5800X3D is still excellent but often costs too much for the performance it adds.
If the 5700X3D is hard to find locally and costs significantly more, the regular 5700X is a perfectly reasonable option. Put the saved money toward a reliable PSU, a decent motherboard, or a larger SSD rather than stretching for the 5800X3D.
