I'm currently building a PC based on a YouTuber's guide, and I'm nearly finished with all my parts. The only thing that hasn't arrived yet is the RAM, and it's frustrating because I don't have a specific delivery date for it. I know it needs to be DDR5, but are there any other specifications I should be aware of?

Just a heads up, technically other speeds will work with your setup, but they won't be as efficient as the recommended specs.
It would be super helpful if you shared what other parts you’re using. The RAM speed can really depend on the CPU you have.
For AM5 sockets, you'll want RAM rated at 6000 CL30, and make sure you get two sticks in a set. That should cover the basics!
If you want to play it safe, check out the QVL (Qualified Vendors List) on your motherboard’s website. It lists RAM that's been verified to work well with your board and CPU.
Also, if you can find RAM with speeds higher than 6000, that's better for performance. And lower CL numbers mean faster response times!
