I'm in the search for new remote software to replace LogMeIn. I'm looking at options like Splashtop, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and others. I'd really appreciate hearing about your personal experiences with different remote software tools. What do you use, why did you choose it, and what features do you find the most helpful?

Splashtop offers great security and performance at a reasonable price. TeamViewer is reliable too, but it can be pricey. Test out a few to see what fits your workflow best, especially regarding file transfer and customer support.
For small teams, I recommend Splashtop and AnyDesk. They’re affordable and perform really well. Plus, Rustdesk is a great open-source alternative if you're looking for something privacy-focused.
We switched to HelpWire from TeamViewer and it works fantastically! It's free, supports multiple platforms, and offers unattended access. Overall, it's been a reliable choice for our team.
I tried several remote access tools including ScreenConnect, BeyondTrust, and Rustdesk. But Splashtop ended up being my top pick due to its speed and mobile support, plus the clipboard functionality is a lifesaver. Still using it and very happy with my choice!
I implemented BeyondTrust Remote Support at two organizations and it worked like a charm! It supports MFA and SSO. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it for the features and the customer support is way better than what we had with LogMeIn or TeamViewer.
I’ve been using Splashtop myself for a while now. It’s solid but sometimes I’ve had issues with audio not coming through clearly.
