I found a file called "Captures (an ip address (TeraStation))" listed under my PC's Network locations. Whenever I try to open it, I get a "Windows cannot access" error. Also, if I accidentally drag an item over this file, my computer freezes and crashes. I'm not sure how this file appeared or if it's something important that I should keep. Can someone give me advice on whether it's okay to delete it?

It sounds like that file might be a packet capture file. You can check the file properties or go to File Options and enable "show file extensions". If it ends with ".pcap", you'll need software like Wireshark to open it. If it’s not that type, it might not be important.
