Hey everyone, I'm experiencing a frustrating problem with my Galaxy A51—it completely blacked out after I was playing a game. I've tried doing a force reset, but every time I do, it just shows the Samsung logo for a moment before reverting to a black screen. I attempted the volume up and power button combo too, but nothing worked. Right now, I'm letting the battery run out to see if that helps. Any advice on what I can try next?

Hey! You might want to try holding down the volume down and power buttons together for about 60 seconds. That usually gets the phone to boot into a recovery mode with a teal screen, which might help you get things back on track.
I gave that a shot, but it only showed the logo for a few seconds before going back to black again. It seems like it's stuck in a loop or something.
