What should I do about my old PC build not booting with the GPU?

I have a PC setup that was decent back in 2015. It features a Ryzen 5 3400G processor on a Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H motherboard, with 16GB of RAM, and an MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GPU. Currently, I'm facing an issue where my computer won't boot at all when the GPU is installed. I have to rely on integrated graphics to get it running. I'm wondering what I can do to avoid spending money on a new GPU and how I can keep using my existing setup without major upgrades. Any advice?

Have you tried booting your PC with the GPU installed to see if it powers on? Sometimes it might start up but not output any display. It could be a driver issue or something related to the cable you're using. Since you mentioned a display issue, maybe try swapping out the cable or checking the connections. Just a thought!

It sounds like you're stuck in an annoying situation! If the PC doesn't boot with the GPU but runs fine with integrated graphics, it could point to a problem with the GPU itself. You might try reseating the GPU or updating the drivers while using the integrated graphics. Also, consider running some diagnostics on it or testing the GPU in another system.
