I dropped my Samsung A15 in the toilet! It only stayed there for a couple of seconds. After I fished it out, I wiped it down and dried it. I waited about fifteen minutes to turn it off after reading the best steps to take. Occasionally, it lights up like it's charging but then stops. I tried turning it on twice for just a minute each time to check if it's working, but then I turned it off again. What should my next steps be? Should I take it to a Samsung store for an inspection or internal cleaning? Any idea how much that might cost? I appreciate any advice!

Looks like you're in trouble with a phone that has no IP rating for water resistance. Unfortunately, without that, it’s likely that the moisture has caused some damage. Your best bet now is to let it sit out to dry for at least 48 hours. Don't turn it on again until then!
Can you believe they still make phones that aren't waterproof? That's wild! I thought most were by now. Anyway, like TechWiz said, give it time to dry out. It’s best to wait before trying to power it on again and see if it works.
Yeah, I was shocked too! But honestly, if it's already been turned on a couple of times, it might not have a good chance. There could be hidden damage.
If you're super concerned about it, maybe take it to a repair shop to clean it out before the 48 hours is up. There could be some hope if they can dry it properly!
