I accidentally spilled coffee on my keyboard, and after unplugging it immediately, I used a small cleaning vacuum to remove as much liquid as possible. I then cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol and left it sideways in front of a fan. Is there anything else I should do to ensure it's okay?

What percentage of isopropyl alcohol did you use? It’s good that you unplugged it and cleaned it right away. If the alcohol is high enough, it should help dry out the electronic parts. Just make sure to get as much coffee out as you can!
If you're comfortable disassembling the keyboard, it's a good idea to do that. Rinse any parts that don’t have electronics with tap water to get rid of any coffee residue, and clean circuit boards with the highest isopropyl you can find. The key is to remove the liquid quickly and dry everything well!
