I accidentally spilled coffee on my PC when it tipped over, and it splashed all over the insides (no side panel was on). After cleaning up a bit, I tried turning it back on but only saw a brief flash from the CMOS light before nothing happened. I completely disassembled the PC and cleaned the motherboard with isopropyl alcohol, but I'm worried that it might be too late for everything. I have another PC, but I'm unsure if my parts will work with it, so I'm not sure how to test what's damaged. Can anyone offer some advice?

Unfortunately, I think you may have done permanent damage by powering it back on too soon. It's easy to slip up like that, especially when you're stressed. Just give it time to dry and then you can assess what’s still working or not.
I can’t believe I did that! I typically know better, but I was in such a rush and thought it wouldn't be a problem. It’s frustrating!
