I tripped over my charger while it was plugged in, and now my ROG laptop won't charge. The part I stumbled on is the thinner section of the charger. A few weeks ago, I had to replace the part that connects to the outlet because it was broken. Any suggestions on what to check or do next?

Make sure your charger is still functioning properly. Check the laptop's charging port, too; it could be damaged or loose. If it is, you'll need to repair that to get it working again.
First, you should check if power is still reaching the charger. Use a multimeter if you have one, or consider getting a new charger just to test it out. If that doesn't work, you may have damaged the barrel connector on your laptop. In that case, you'll need to open it up to see if it's a replaceable part or if it’s an issue with the motherboard.
I did some computer repairs before, and I've seen cases where hard impacts can break the connection between the charging port and the motherboard. Sometimes it's just a simple replacement, but it might be soldered. If you're comfortable, you could open it up and take a look.
Take a close look at the charging port on your laptop. I once broke the center pin just like this. If possible, post a picture of the port to see if it's visibly damaged.

Yeah, usually the barrel jack is connected to the motherboard, but if you're lucky, it might just be a through-hole connection that can be replaced easily with a soldering iron.
