I just got my PC yesterday and while trying to connect a USB 3.0 device, one of the pins on the motherboard broke and fell off. I'm really worried! Will I need to replace the entire motherboard, or can I fix this somehow? Any advice would be appreciated!

If something’s wrong with a new product, you should consider returning it. Generally, you shouldn't have to deal with defects, unless you were really forcing it in there.
It really depends on where it broke. If it’s only halfway, it might still work. I once had a similar situation and used a pin from another board to make it work temporarily, though it wasn’t a long-term fix.
You can add photos to your initial post. And yes, someone who knows how to solder could possibly fix it by replacing the pin. Just be aware that the store probably won’t cover this under warranty.
If the USB 3 header is seriously damaged, you could connect a spare USB 2 header (if your motherboard has one) to the USB 3 port. It won’t be as fast, but it will still work.
Can’t I just use the blue USB port on my motherboard?
You might have lost one USB port on the front, but your motherboard should be fine as long as no pins are touching each other in the header.
Which pin broke exactly? If you could share a picture, that would help. Depending on which pin it is, it might stop a USB 3 port from working, or it might not affect anything at all. Just curious, how did you break it?
How do I share a pic?

Snapping a pin is often seen as user error, though.
