What Should I Do If Corsair Lost My RAM and Isn’t Responding?

Hey folks, I'm in a bit of a jam and could really use some advice. About two months ago, one of my RAM sticks from a Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) kit failed. I reached out to Corsair support, and they approved an RMA. To be safe, I sent both RAM sticks to their authorized service center in Bangalore, India. The package was delivered without a hitch, and Corsair started the process for a replacement shipment via DTDC.

Things went south when the courier returned the package, claiming they had no response from me, which is total baloney. I never got any missed calls, texts, or delivery attempts. My contact details were correct and still are. Since then, I've been relentlessly emailing them for a re-dispatch or at least a tracking update. Initially, I got generic replies, but now they've ghosted me completely. It's been over two months, and I'm left without RAM, a tracking number, or any updates. This is starting to affect my work, and the lack of communication is driving me nuts. What should I do?

Consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). It can't hurt, and it may pressure them to respond.

At this point, it might be worth just getting a new RAM. I know prices have gone up, but if your work is on the line, you might have to make that investment.

It sounds like the real issue might be with DTDC. Have you thought about filing a claim with them? You could provide proof that the delivery driver never made any contact.

Honestly, I suspect that once the driver saw it was a Corsair package, they might have taken it for themselves. When you file a complaint, they usually investigate it internally. There's also a chance the package got returned to Corsair, but they haven’t processed it correctly or updated their inventory yet—keep following up with them.

Try using apollo.io to hunt down the email addresses of higher-ups at Corsair. Sending a well-crafted email to them can sometimes get you a response. Just make sure to stay polite!
