I'm having a tough time with my NZXT PC. I suddenly found myself switched to a completely different user account, which was beyond my control, and I'm considering my options. Can I fix this without having to build an entirely new PC?

You need to clarify what exactly you're experiencing. Is the current account not your original one? Also, what are the specs of your PC and how old is it? Knowing more could be super helpful.
Have you tried troubleshooting yet? It's a good first step. Sometimes issues like this can be resolved with a bit of investigation.
Not really. The Windows account I was using got wiped completely, so I just had to create a new one. Honestly, I don't want to deal with this again.
Consider getting a new SSD and performing a fresh install of Windows. It sounds like you might have some malware messing things up based on what you described.
You mean the hard drive (C drive)?
